I recently purchased a Sundolphin American 12, my biggest complaint is how low the seats sit. I had an 11’ Coleman Crawdad plastic boat and the seats were much taller. I’ve had the Coleman for twenty years and still performs well. Hopefully I can do some mods to the Sundolphin and enjoy is as well. Great video btw!

You can freeze the meat. All you have to do is batter the fish before you put them in the freezer. It stops the meat from getting mushy
